Terms of service.

1. The deal
Slipstream is a software service operated by 123 Innovations Private Limited. You pay us a monthly fee, we run the publishing pipeline. You own everything you create. We never claim rights to your content.
2. Acceptable use
Do not generate content that violates YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, or X policies. Do not impersonate. Do not clone voices that are not your own. Do not generate adult, hateful, or harassing content. We will suspend accounts that do.
3. Platform compliance
You agree to comply with each platform's terms of service. We provide tools that respect those terms, but we cannot guarantee a platform's behaviour. A platform may demonetise, restrict, or remove content for reasons outside our control.
4. Billing
Monthly. Auto-renews until you cancel. Cancellations stop the next billing cycle, no pro-ration. Refunds within 7 days of first charge if you have not rendered more than 10 videos.
5. Quotas
Quota resets monthly on your billing anniversary. Overages roll to the next month for 30 days, then expire. Surge minutes available at the rate listed on the pricing page.
6. Service availability
Target 99.5 percent monthly. Scheduled maintenance windows announced 72 hours in advance. Incidents reported in real time at status.slipstream.video.
7. Data and privacy
Covered by the Privacy policy. Indian users: data resident in Mumbai per DPDP.
8. Liability
Our liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the trailing 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
Indian customers: Mumbai jurisdiction, Indian law. International customers: Delaware, US law.
10. Changes
We can change these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after the notice period is acceptance.
