• Channel setup: niche, audience description, brand voice document.
• Voice samples and consent recordings you upload (Pro and Studio plans).
• Face clips you upload (Face mode).
• Connected platform tokens (encrypted at rest) for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X.
• Usage analytics: which features you use, when, error logs.
• Billing: stored at Razorpay and Stripe, we hold metadata only.

We use your data to operate the product: pull trends in your niche, generate scripts, render videos, publish on your behalf, and surface analytics back to you. We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not use your scripts or voice clones to train general-purpose models.

Indian users: Mumbai region, ap-south-1, per the DPDP Act. International users: us-east-1 with read replica in eu-west-1. Storage is encrypted at rest. Backups daily for 30 days.

Inside Slipstream: only members of your organisation, plus our on-call team for incidents, audit-logged.

Sub-processors: Supabase (database, storage, auth), Anthropic (script generation), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), Pexels and Storyblocks (B-roll), Replicate (image generation), Resend (transactional email), Razorpay and Stripe (billing), Vercel (web hosting), Render (worker compute). DPAs in place with each.

Under DPDP, GDPR, CCPA, and equivalent regimes: access, correction, deletion, portability, withdraw consent. Email privacy@slipstream.video. Response within 30 days.

At account cancellation, voice clones are deleted by default. You can keep them on request. We hold a consent receipt per clone with timestamp and signature hash, retained for 7 years per ElevenLabs policy.
